How Work Time Experience handles inquiries submitted through our website.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, you may provide your name, email, optional phone number, city, ZIP code, project type, timeline, description, and up to four optional project photos. Please do not include payment card information or other sensitive personal information in a request.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate the request, contact you about the project, and follow up when appropriate. Submission does not create a contract or guarantee service availability.
Form delivery and email
Our contact form sends your request to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service. FormSubmit processes submitted information and attached files to deliver an email to [email protected]. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages to our business Gmail inbox. FormSubmit states it may retain submission data for up to 30 days; copies may also be kept in our email inbox for business correspondence. The form provider also uses anti-spam checks, including reCAPTCHA.
Other website services
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting, DNS and HTTPS, and loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts. We have not intentionally added advertising pixels or behavioral analytics to this site.
